Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

We ship to addresses inside the United States only. Orders placed with a delivery address outside the United States are cancelled and refunded in full.

Processing time

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery inside the United States is estimated at 15 business days after dispatch. Remote addresses, including Alaska and Hawaii, can take longer. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost for your order is estimated at checkout from the delivery address and the size of the parcel, and is shown before you pay. There is no free-shipping threshold and no charge is added after checkout.

Duties and taxes

Because we ship inside the United States, no customs duty applies. Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to the state the order is delivered to.

If a parcel is lost

If a parcel has not arrived, write to service@nymphaapparel.shop within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we open a trace with the carrier. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full.

If a parcel arrives damaged

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the parcel and the product. We replace damaged items or refund them in full, including the shipping cost.
