Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from ANGELICA GOMEZ through this store. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of the order by our payment processor. We do not store card details.

Product information

We describe each product from the unit we checked, including dimensions, ports and power ratings. Small colour differences can appear between screens and the product itself. Product photographs are illustrative; the written specification on the product page is the description you can rely on.

Use of the products

Our products are consumer electronics for normal household use. Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Do not use a product with a damaged cable or housing, and do not exceed the electrical ratings printed on it. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or use outside the stated ratings.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and images on this store belong to ANGELICA GOMEZ or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
